Torotomi (戸呂臣) is one of the members of the Brain Beasts. As a member of the Amakusa Empire, he follows the orders of Usui. When he confronted the resistance, he was easily defeated by Ageha.

Nemesis Q's Master arc[]
When Usui determines the location of Nemesis Q's Master he sends out the Brain Beasts ahead. They confront the resistance, in the form of Ageha, Kyle, and Frederica, where Torotomi traps them in quicksand in order to extract information out of them. Torotomi shapes the sand into extremely hard tendrils trying to prevent their escape, which fails. While watching Kyle defeat Saijou Ageha comes up beside him and knocks him out with a kick to the head.
Invasion arc[]
Junas arrives at the Amakusa Empire killing the residents including Torotomi and after getting the information he needs out of Usui, he kills him too and destroys the Amakusa Empire.

Sand Crawler (サンドクローラー, Sandokurōrā)- Torotomi's Sand Crawler gives him the ability to manipulate sand. He uses this ability to create quicksand to trap his opponents or to make tendrils out of sand to encase his opponents in to prevent their movements. He can increase the strength of the sand until its almost like solid rock, so it's too hard for the enemy to escape

- The surname Torotomi means "door" (戸) (to), "spine, backbone" (呂) (ro) and "retainer, subject" (臣) (tomi).
